If you have a website that works but doesn't deliver results, or if you want to start a larger digital project and take the right path, advice is the right first step.
What people ask most.
-
The first conversation takes about half an hour, at your place or by video call, whichever you prefer. It's completely without obligation. We want to get to know you and your plans: what do you want to achieve, who are your customers, and what do you really need? We won't make you an offer until we understand what it's about. So you leave the conversation with no commitment and no pressure, but with a clear idea of how we can help you.
-
More often than you'd think. Sometimes the site is fine and the problem is somewhere else, in nobody finding it, in the text not saying what it needs to say, or in a system that's more complicated than it has to be. A new website is then an expensive solution to the wrong problem. Advice is about working out what's actually wrong before you spend money fixing something else.
-
Yes, and it's often the best place to start. We go through the site as it is, how it shows up in search, whether it loads fast, works on a phone, if content is clear enough or anything is technically broken. You decided what's worth fixing and what isn't.
-
A conversation, and then a written summary you can use. It sets out what we looked at, what we found and what we recommend, ordered by what matters most. No technical jargon you have to look up.
-
The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. After that, advice is charged by the hour, and you'll know in advance roughly how long we think it will take. An audit of an ordinary site is usually a small job, not a month-long project.
-
Then we'll tell you. It happens, and it's a perfectly valid outcome. We'd rather give you the right answer than sell you something you don't need. At least you'll know your site is fine, and that's worth knowing.
-
No. The summary is yours and you can take it anywhere, including to another web designer. Advice is a service in its own right, not the first step in a sales pitch. Some people come back later, others don't, and both are fine.
